Ordering your EPC is simple. Just follow these easy steps.
- Click the ‘Book your EPC Here’ link
- Enter your details, including your customer reference number
- Select the properties you wish to order an EPC for and enter tenant and access details and any additional information*
- Mortgage Trust will call you to take payment and discuss when the energy performance assessment can take place
- Fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessor undertakes energy performance assessment
- EPC dispatched
* Where the property is not in mortgage to Mortgage Trust, the property details will also need entering.
